The Stanford Center for Asian Health Research and Education (CARE), in collaboration with University of Hong Kong (HKU) is dedicated to improving the lives of Asians everywhere through evidence-based research and education in precision Asian health. Each year, CARE will invite their outstanding students and faculty to highlight important new findings in Asian health at their annual CARE Summer Research Symposium, featuring research from around the globe.

 

Miss Yan Kiu Li, EMU’s student RA, is awarded the first place in CARE Summer Research Symposium 2021 – HKU Research Presentation for her oral presentation of “Multi-Drug Resistant Pathogens is Associated With Higher Risks of 30-day Mortality in Patients Admitted with Acute Exacerbations of COPD: A Territory Wide Study with Propensity Score Analysis.”
