Dr. Woo completed his medical studies at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in the United States. He has worked 6 years in New York Presbyterian hospitals in Lower Manhattan and Queens, affiliated with Weill Cornell School of Medicine. In 2010, he became the emergency department director at the renowned "United Family Hospital" in Beijing. Recently, he returned to Hong Kong and started working as a Clinical Assistant Professor of practice in the Department of Emergency Medicine at the University of Hong Kong.
 
Dr. Woo holds certifications from the American Board of Emergency Medicine, the American College of Legal Medicine and HKU postgraduate diploma in infectious disease. With his extensive experience in the field, he has developed a deep understanding of emergency medicine and honed his skills by working in various emergency departments.
