Adult patients meeting the following criteria would be recruited:
- Age: 18 years or older
- Symptoms: Tympanic temperature ≥38.3ºC within 24 hours before ED registration
- Medical History: Recent chemotherapy or targeted therapy within the past 6 weeks for any solid tumour, or at any time following treatment for leukaemia, lymphoma, myelodysplastic syndrome, aplastic anaemia, multiple myeloma, or haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT)
- Hospital Admission: Requires hospital admission
- Modified Early Warning Score (MEWS): ≤6 within 24 hours of ED registration
Patients are not required to provide consent for treatment under the protocol, but consent is necessary to follow up on their data

誰可以參加此研究?
符合以下條件的成人患者將被招募：
- 年齡：18 歲或以上
- 症狀：急症室登記前 24 小時內鼓膜溫度 ≥38.3ºC
- 病史：過去 6 週內接受過實體腫瘤的化療或靶向治療，或任何時候接受過白血病、淋巴瘤、骨髓增生異常綜合症、再生障礙性貧血、多發性骨髓瘤或造血幹細胞移植 (HSCT) 的治療
- 住院需求: 需要住院治療
- 修正早期預警分數 (MEWS): 在急症室登記後24小時內分數為6分或以下
患者在根據該協議進行治療時不需要提供同意書，但進行數據跟進時需要獲得患者的同意。
