Aim: (1) To determine whether the addition of a serial CRP levels to usual care for AECOPD leads to shorter antibiotic duration, and
(2) To determine whether the addition of a serial CRP levels to usual care for AECOPD is non-inferior to usual care alone, on COPD health status.
